“Just WOW! Stop your search for your cake immediately because you truly will not find better than Kean and Stephen at Blossom Tree. I have envisioned my dream wedding cake for so long and boy did they deliver and so much more! From the first initial message, the cake tasting, the delivery and even after the wedding, they were absolutely perfect. Communication was absolutely spot on no matter what platform I contacted them on - they are such lovely humans to speak to and nothing was too much trouble. I changed my colour theme slightly a couple of months before the wedding and they were so accommodating.
Kean is truly a master of his craft and is insanely talented at what he does. The cake itself as you can see is absolutely STUNNING! And tasted incredible. So many of our guests commented on both the cake visually and the taste and were blown away. I also love the fact that their flavours are so unique and they home grow as many ingredients as possible. I had the pleasure of seeing them both when they arrived with the cake to set up on the morning of the wedding and was just in awe at how beautiful the cake was. It surpassed any expectations I had (and I knew it was already going to be incredible). The sugar flowers genuinely looked real, you could even see the stem through the eucalyptus ‘leaf’ when the sun hit it. My venue also mentioned how they’ve dealt with a lot of cake suppliers and Blossom Tree are just the best they’ve dealt with.

“Our wedding cake journey started with the cake tasting. We only had one - with Blossom Tree and it was incredible. Kean and Stephen listened to the flavours we wanted to try (we asked to try additional flavours because we just couldn’t choose - there are too many amazing ones on offer!). At the tasting we were given generous portions to try as well as loads of cake to take home with it which really helped make the decision as we could try some more at home and share with family! Kean and Stephen were so welcoming at our tasting and no pressure was put on us at all (although we went ahead straight away as it was an obvious choice for us). It was great to see the cake mock ups as that really helped to bring things to life (rather than just having seen photos).
Kean and Stephen also helped advise on size of cake which was really helpful, letting us know what would be appropriate for our guest list size.
What we ended up with was the most amazing wedding cake both in taste and visually! All 3 flavours were delicious (we’re still eating leftovers now!) and we had lots of compliments from guests on how amazing the flavours were but also how amazing it looked - especially how people couldn’t believe that the flowers weren’t real! They were unbelievable and tied in so well with our wedding flowers from our florist.
We couldn’t recommend them more - the whole process was amazing from start to finish (and they have to be the most responsive suppliers ever which is always much appreciated!).

“Kean and Stephen created our dream wedding cake for our special day, and were a pleasure to work with – from start to finish.
I requested a design which was very different from traditional cake styles, and the final product which Kean crafted was beyond my expectations. He is a master of his trade, and he executes the most exquisite cakes with precision and finesse. His baked goods are aesthetically flawless, and we had so many compliments from guests who were bowled over by the final design. His cakes also taste as good as they look, as we opted for Matcha and Elderflower & Blackcurrant tiers.
It was also such an enjoyable occasion, trying Kean’s different flavours during the consultation. He has a wide range of both innovative and classic flavours to satisfy any person’s palette, and every cake slice we tasted was perfectly balanced and moist. During the taster session, it was wonderful to see his designs to get a sense of what the final product would look like, but also to see his kitchen, which was absolutely immaculate. It is clear that Kean has incredibly high standards when it comes to all aspects of cake making.
Also, Stephen is an equally integral part of the team and is an unsung hero. He continually goes the extra mile to deliver exceptional customer service, and he is very detail orientated, so I felt completely confident leaving all the logistics in his hands. Stephen is also incredibly personable, well-mannered and helpful, so throughout, he made the whole process, relaxing and enjoyable. I know I changed my mind along the way with regards to number of tiers, flavours and design but you remained flexible and supportive through it all and delivered perfection. With so many trends and styles going out as fast as they came in, the decision was not an instant one for me. It was so striking yet beautifully delicate with the flowers, and the colour of the second tier (pastel pink) just went so nice with the overall colour scheme we had throughout the wedding.
So many of our friends and family said how delicious it was! Myself and Phil were thrilled with it...both the lemon and the passion fruit tier are so tasty. “We first met with Kean and Stephen at Goldsborough Hall where we thought the cakes were spectacular and never thought that we would be able to have something so amazing at our wedding.
However when we found that they were both competitive and available we were overjoyed! When we met with Kean and Stephen for the tasting and consultation, they very quickly understood what we wanted in our dream cake with some very helpful suggestions. The sample cakes (for which we were offered a cup of tea also!) were amazing and it was hard to choose between them. We were also sent home with the remainder and became very popular with with our family!
On the morning of the wedding, when everything is in a rush to get ready, Kean and Stephen sorted everything meaning I was told before even leaving for church that the cake was in place and looked stunning. And that’s what we kept hearing all day from our guests. First that it looked stunning and was it real? (We proved that by cutting it) and then later that it tasted amazing and could they have a slice of each flavour.
We would recommend Blossom Tree to anyone and can only be sad that we can’t think of another occasion to taste their cakes again!”
“Where can I begin? What an absolutely amazing pair to work with - everything about our wedding cake experience with the Blossom Tree Cake Company was absolutely incredible from start to finish. We first met Stephen and Kean at a wedding fair at the Devonshire Arms Hotel, where the samples we tried were divine! From our first email enquiry all the communication we had was so efficient, with responses within minutes every time. We felt so comfortable at the several meetings we had about our cake design and tastings, with nothing too much trouble, even when we were indecisive about what we wanted! The finished cake looked absolutely stunning - I couldn’t even believe it was a real cake. The piping detail was so intricate and the flowers were so realistic - they must have taken hours and hours to make! Apart from looking amazing, all three layers tasted so good too! Our guests all raved about the cake and how tasty it was and we got through more than we thought! We over catered, ordering a cake which could feed 160 for only 110 guests, and most of it got eaten as loads of people tried a piece of each tier! I cannot recommend these guys enough - the cake truly was a work of art! This was the best company we worked with by far out of all our wedding suppliers. Thank you so much!”
