Every cake we make is freshly baked to order using only natural ingredients, taking great care to deliver absolute perfection with the finest finish, the most exquisite sugar flowers and gorgeous flavours and fillings. We make all our jams, curds, cakes and fillings from scratch, wherever possible using our own home grown fruit and berries.
Our sponge cakes are covered with a delicious layer of Belgian white chocolate ganache and a thin fondant icing outer layer before any decoration is applied.
